M&M Manufacturing Company is a diversified sheet metal fabricator of round, rectangular, and spiral HVAC duct pipe and fittings for residential and commercial applications. M&M also offers general sheet metal products for roofing, ventilating, and architectural applications. From a two-person shop in\u00a01958 to today’s four technologically advanced manufacturing units, M&M has developed a reputation for reliability and service second to none.<\/p>\n

We are looking to hire a number of Machine Operators in Tarrant County. We have\u00a0two locations in the Fort Worth area, North Fort Worth at our Mark IV plant\u00a0(4001 Mark IV Parkway, Fort Worth, TX 76106) and South Fort worth at our Adolph\u00a0plant (200 Adolph Street, Fort Worth, TX 76107.) These roles are full time,\u00a0come with a fair hourly pay rate, overtime and benefits. This may be a little\u00a0\u201cout of the norm\u201d for your organization, but I would welcome the opportunity\u00a0to explore any potential options.<\/p>\n

Required Skills:
\n* Maintain a clean\/safe work area and reports any safety hazards to supervisor.
\n* Know and observe all quality standards at each assigned workstation.
\n* Work efficiently and cooperate with supervisors and other employees.
\n* Determine and report malfunctions to appropriate parties.
\n* Box and package finished goods.
\n* Operate roll formers and other machinery.
\n* Assemble residential and commercial HVAC components.<\/p>\n

Required Experience:
\n* Prior production\/manufacturing machine operation experience preferred.
\n* Must be highly motivated and able to work independently.
\n* Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
\n* Ability to operate manufacturing equipment.<\/p>\n
