\nThis workshop will focus on the CPC Tenet 5.0- \u201cRespect for Colleagues.\u201d We will discuss working in teams, prepping for assignments, collaborating with subs and students of the profession, giving\/receiving feedback, how to handle working with someone who breaches the CPC.<\/p>\n

Learning Objectives:<\/strong>
\n-Learning to be a supportive team (dealing with both positive and negative behaviors)
\n-Learning to give and accept feedback, distinguishing the differences for criticism\/for growth
\n-practice collaboration with colleagues for information sharing, prepping for classes, and working with sub interpreters\/students of the profession who are outside of the normal team
\n-Apply the CPC Tenet 5.0 to certain scenarios (with some having intended breaches) and determining how to approach the offending interpreter to resolve the situation<\/p>\n
