Work involves planning, developing, and implementing the Office of Deaf and Hard of Hearing Services, Board for Evaluation of Interpreters (BEI) interpreter certification program and providing consultative services and technical assistance to program staff, governmental agencies, community organizations, or the general public. May train, lead, and\/or prioritize the work of others.
