FREE and open to teens and adults looking to explore a gentle and accessible form of yoga for the first time or deepen an existing practice. Let us know what accommodations you might need! Some support services may be provided depending on need and availability. Limited space, priority will be given to those able to attend all four Saturdays.<\/p>\n
