Viable is seeking Representatives to assist deaf and hard-of-hearing
\ncustomers with installing the VPAD, Viable Vision and ViableVRS,
\ntroubleshoot networking issues and undertake other marketing-related
\nprojects as assigned. <\/p>\n
Responsibilities: <\/p>\n
Provide technical assistance to customers requiring help in: (1)
\nsetting up Viable Vision and\/or VPAD’s; (2) adding ViableVRS.tv to
\ntheir videophone; and (3) placing a ViableVRS call using both methods.<\/p>\n
Provide remote customer education and training on using ViableVRS,
\ndeveloping educational\/training materials as needed.
\n Troubleshoot hardware\/software issues as required to achieve
\ncustomer satisfaction.
\n Report service-related issues and interface with Customer Support.
\n Provide, on a escalation basis, second-tier customer support and\/or
\ntechnical assistance to customers, in collaboration with Customer
\nSupport.
\n Transfer knowledge and learning to first-tier customer support to
\nminimize number of escalations to second-tier Customer Support.
\n Disseminate and collect customer feedback for Regional Coordinator. <\/p>\n
Identify and communicate patterns and trends in customer usage based
\non observations.
\n Provide regional presentations and\/or workshops for Viable’s
\nproducts and services.
\n Build and maintain positive relationships with deaf and hard of
\nhearing communities, including but not limited to the following:
\nbusiness, education, government and community-based organizations
\n Identify regional community events for Viable representation, as
\ndirected by Sales.
\n Convey excitement and enthusiasm about the Company and its services
\nand products.
\n Promote favorable perception of the Company’s brands and offerings
\nwith customers through regular interactions and participation in
\nspecial events, as directed by Viable. <\/p>\n
Requirements: <\/p>\n
Excellent communication skills and a good understanding of Deaf
\nculture.
\n Ability to create reports encompassing installation and customer
\nservice related issues; interface with the Viable Customer Support
\nTeam and Sales Operations Manager.
\n Must be familiar with PC and videophone troubleshooting, networking,
\nrouter configuration and firewall issues.
\n Ability to effectively communicate in American Sign Language (ASL).
\n Ability to be flexible and accommodate an extensive travel schedule.<\/p>\n
