Charlene Grimes Mullenix<\/strong><\/p>\n

August 16, 1933 \u2013 August 20, 2019<\/strong><\/p>\n

Charlene Grimes Mullenix was born on August 16, 1933 in Houston, Texas and entered rest on August 20, 2019 in Fremont, California at the age of 86 years old.<\/p>\n

She graduated from the Texas School for the Deaf 1952 in Austin, Texas. Charlene is survived by her beloved daughter Patricia Clark and loving granddaughter Sericia Jackerson. She loved shopping, playing poker, socialized with the deaf community and she had basketball fever and participated in football pools.<\/p>\n

Charlene retired from Lockheed Martin after 26 years. A Celebration of life will be held at Fremont Oaks Garden (FOG) Community Center on Sunday, August 25, 2019<\/p>\n

She was a member of Travis Association of the Deaf Senior Citizens since October 2007.<\/p>\n
