FCC rules require televised emergency information to be accessible. In addition to the information previously provided by the Governor&#8217;s Committee on People with Disabilities (GCPD), the FCC has provided some helpful resources about accessible televised emergency information.<\/p>\n<p>https:\/\/www.facebook.com\/TexasCommitteeOnDisabilities\/posts\/2578164438978795?<strong>tn<\/strong>=K-R<\/p>\n<p><strong>What is Emergency Information?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Emergency information is intended to help protect life, health, safety or property.
