About the presenter:
\nLilli Erin Beese is one of the very few registered yoga teachers in the world who is deaf. She teaches in American Sign Language (ASL) and in British Sign Language (BSL); she is honoured to serve the ASL and the BSL community and to provide them with accessible yoga. All levels and all walks of life are welcome to her classes.<\/p>\n

Lilli was working towards becoming a doctor of clinical psychology when she realised her true passion was to share the wisdom of yoga with her community. Lilli\u2019s classes infuse asana with pranayama, meditation, psychology, humour and self-care for a holistic experience.<\/p>\n

Join Lilli as she introduces the principle of Brahmacharya, which encourages us to be more present and focused on healing.<\/p>\n

These webinars will be presented in American Sign Language (ASL); voice interpretation will be provided for the sessions. Audio access is via your computer speakers. If you do not have computer speakers, call the number provided by the GoToWebinar system for audio access.<\/p>\n
