A series of ZOOM sessions on recognizing and avoiding some of the pitfalls of interpreting.<\/p>\n

Lead by Leah Reed, BEI Basic<\/strong>
\nBeing in and around the interpreting community for over a decade, Leah has often noticed and fallen prey to some common boobytraps in the interpreting process. She has brought in her mentor, Shirley, to help her tiptoe confidently around them, and wants to invite you into the conversation!<\/p>\n

\nShirley has experienced 35 years of interpreting, 21 years of interpreter coordinating, and 31 years of teaching ASL and interpreting. She has previously worked in Nevada and Austin, and is currently the owner of Texas Language Connection in Waco, TX. There ain\u2019t much she hasn\u2019t seen!<\/p>\n
