As you know I (Grant Laird Jr) run Deaf Network of Texas, based in my home office for years in the City of Garland. I met a wonderful a lady name Deborah Morris, who is city council for the district 2. I am proud to endorse her for her upcoming election.<\/p>\n

**Deborah Morris has been an advocate for full captioning on City Council meeting videos to increase accessibility for the Deaf and Hard of Hearing in our community, a change which has now happened. We look forward to additional improvements in Deaf\/HOH accessibility here in Garland.
