Developing Healthy Social-Emotional Gains in Youth who are Deaf or Hard of Hearing<\/gwmw><\/gwmw><\/p>\n\n\n\n

This webinar is intended for educators, professionals, community members and parents\/guardians involved with students within the K-12 age range.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

For youth who are deaf or hard of hearing, having an understanding of their communication, social, and emotional needs is critical in order to support their mental well-being, and sets the foundation for success at home and school.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In this webinar, we will examine the cause and effect of different social and daily scenarios, their impact on a child who is deaf or hard of hearing, and we offer tips \u2013 both from personal and professional experience – for encouraging the healthy social-emotional development of a child who is deaf or hard of hearing.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
