Greg works as a senior attorney at the Federal Communications
\nCommission\u2019s Disability <\/p>\n
Rights Office. He has taken a lead on several crucial rulemaking
\nproceedings that <\/p>\n
resulted in an unprecedented growth in Video Relay Service (VRS) and
\nInternet Protocol <\/p>\n
(IP) Relay Service since 2001. A Gallaudet University alumnus, he
\nholds a law degree <\/p>\n
from Hofstra Law School. He will provide essential information on how
\nyou can be <\/p>\n
prepared for the impending transition to digital television when all
\nanalog signals will be <\/p>\n
terminated on February 19, 2009. He will also discuss about the
\nten-digit numbering plan <\/p>\n
and E-911 access for VRS and IP Relay which will be implemented by
\nDecember 31, 2008. <\/p>\n
