YEARBOOK ANNOUNCEMENT <\/p>\n
Hello Ex-students, ex-faculty & staff, students, faculty & staff and
\neveryone: <\/p>\n
We would like to make an announcement about the yearbook plans. It is
\nfor everyone who wants to know more information about the yearbook for
\nSWCID Reunion 2010. <\/p>\n
1. Please send us your pictures ( copies) any old photos taken from
\n1980 to present. We will continue to accept your copied photos until
\nMay 31, 2009. Do not send us your original photos, they will not be
\nreturned. <\/p>\n
2. Send it to either Lisa Wynn or Christine Kamal below at the

Please send us your photos so that we can put it in the yearbook. We
\nare asking everyone to send us your old past photos from 1980 to
\npresent because we know that when some of you students and faculty and
\nstaff were there in SWCID, there was not enough photos for any
\nyearbook. We would like to see everyone enjoy old memories from SWCID.
\nThis is the purpose we are making the yearbook. We will be asking all
\nthe staff and faculty that we need some of the old photos for the
\nyearbook. We will fly and go to SWCID in Big Spring, and get some of
\nthe pictures later as we work on it. We have asked the staff and
\nfaculty who have been there before to make some photos possible to us
\nfor the yearbook. <\/p>\n
**** Let us explain how the yearbook plan works. If anyone is
\ninteresting to order the yearbooks, and if the order or ” buys ” is
\nabout ( 400 ) books then it will be about $ 65 dollars per book. This
\nis a good price. But if we get less than 200 orders for the yearbook
\nit will cost $ 80 dollars per book because of not enough orders. We
\nhope everyone will participate and send us your photos and we hope
\nthat we get more than 400 orders from everyone ex-students, faculty,
\nand staff. I hope more than 400. Keep our finger cross and faith. <\/p>\n
**** If you wish to send us your order early, please send your
\npersonal check or money order to: Christine Kamal. She works in the
\nbank and will set up an account for the SWCID Reunion 2010.. The
\nAccount will be labeled as SWCID Reunion 2010. She will deposit all
\nchecks and money orders and take care of it. She will be making copies
\nof all the checks or money orders recieved and send a copy to Lisa
\nWynn for verification. That way we will know who has already PAID for
\nthe yearbook or T-shirts or other combo tickets. We will keep all
\nrecords until July 2010 until the time for the Reunion. Payments must
\nbe received before May 31, 2009. NOTE: Those of you who plan to send
\npersonal checks please write below your check on the left bottom
\ncorner for ” memo” write ( Yearbook ). Because later we will have
\nother plans for the T-Shirts, and combo tickets sells. Christine will
\nask the bank to find out if the bank allow Christine to have, called
\n\u201cSWCID Reunion 2010\u201d instead of Christine Kamal. We will let you
\nknow next newsletter. <\/p>\n
**** If anyone wants to buy ( purchase) the yearbook at the last
\nminute it will cost extra. Payments must be received by May 31, 2009. <\/p>\n
**** Before we finish having our SWCID Reunion 2010, we will be
\ntaking more pictures to put in the yearbook, as unfinished business,
\nthe pictures will show who has been there for a good time for the
\nSWCID Reunion 2010. Once we finish that the photos \/ pictures will be
\nsent to the yearbook company and it will take about 4 to 6 months for
\nthem to finish printing. The yearbook will contain of color and black
\nand white photos. The yearbook will have about 400 pages. <\/p>\n
2. We still have not got any Logo’s designs from anyone yet. If no
\none sends us any new design logo for the yearbook. Then there will be
\nno winner’s surprise. Last day for the Logo creation is December 31,
\n2008, if we do not get any designs from anyone then we will have to
\ncreate the logo for the yearbook ourselves. We still need your help
\nand feedback on what Logo you would like to see for the yearbook. <\/p>\n
More information will be announced later once we know more
\ninformation and prices about T-Shirts and combo tickets. <\/p>\n
