Water\/Sewer is paid for (up to $220) until May 31.<\/p>\n
Carports (2) is paid for ($280) until May 31.<\/p>\n
Cable is set up- will transfer to your name without any outstanding
\nbalance! It costs you $42 dollars to set up DSL\/phone line.<\/p>\n
Our apartment lease is up by May 31, 2009.<\/p>\n
