Do you know anyone who has experienced challenges with accessing the phone?<\/p>\n

Texans with any disability which makes using a standard telephone difficult or impossible may qualify for this program. Carolyn Colley McMahon is a former STAP contractor who has learned the ‘ins and outs’ of application completion to help expedite the process by reducing common errors. She will share her expertise and tips for people interested in applying for this state program to receive telephone equipment.<\/p>\n
