Due to communication barriers, people who are deaf are the last to know important information. No Barriers Communication (NoBaComm) is partnering with agencies across Texas to eliminate barriers. The Accessible Community Portal is found online and provides COVID-19 information, informational videos, and testimonials in a fully accessible format.<\/gwmw><\/p>\n\n\n\n
