Position: Sorenson VRS Trainers \u2013 Texas <\/p>\n
Sorenson Video Relay Service (SVRS) is seeking professional
\ninstallers\/trainers to assist deaf and hard-of-hearing customers with
\ninstalling and repairing the Sorenson VP-200 videophones. <\/p>\n
This individual will be responsible for troubleshooting networking
\nissues and training customers on how to place a video relay call. <\/p>\n
Qualifications: <\/p>\n
\u2022 Excellent communication skills and a good understanding of the
\ndeaf culture <\/p>\n
\u2022 Ability to report service related issues and interface with the
\nSorenson VRS Support Department <\/p>\n
\u2022 Must be familiar with all technical aspects of installing
\nSorenson VRS products including networking, router configurations, and
\nfirewall issues <\/p>\n
\u2022 Bachelor’s degree; preferred technical or science background <\/p>\n
\u2022 Ability to effectively communicate in American Sign Language
\n(ASL) preferred <\/p>\n
Compensation: Commensurate with experience and qualifications. <\/p>\n
