Visitation: 6 to 8 p.m. Thursday at<br \/>\nMount Olivet Funeral Home. <\/p>\n<p>Billy was born May 24, 1944, in Deport to Albert and Ina McBride<br \/>\nBiffel. He retired from Radio Shack after 25 years of service. Billy<br \/>\nwas a loving father and friend. He had a great sense of humor. He went<br \/>\nto the Goodrich Center for the Deaf and Hard of Hearing on Tuesdays<br \/>\nand Thursdays for many senior citizen gatherings. He was also active<br \/>\nin the Deaf Action Center of Dallas. Billy was a longtime member of<br \/>\nLegacy Church of Christ. <\/p>\n<p>He was preceded in death by his father, Albert Biffel; brothers,<br \/>\nWilliam A.W.
