This position has many variations. Primary responsibilities include,
\nbut are not limited to: <\/p>\n
1. Be the primary POC for Relay Texas outreach opportunities. <\/p>\n
2. Work closely with the Relay Program Management team to ensure
\ncontract deliverables and compliance. <\/p>\n
3. Plan and prioritize consumer sales activities and
\ncustomer\/prospect contact towards achieving objectives, including
\ncosts and sales – especially managing personal time and productivity. <\/p>\n
4. Plan and manage personal business portfolio\/territory\/business
\naccording to an agreed market development strategy. <\/p>\n
5. Maintain and develop existing and new customers through
\nappropriate propositions and ethical sales methods, and relevant
\ninternal liaison, to optimize quality of service, business growth, and
\ncustomer and satisfaction. <\/p>\n
6. Use customer and prospect contact activities tools and systems,
\nand update relevant information held in these systems. <\/p>\n
7. Plan\/carry out\/support local marketing activities to agreed
\nbudgets and timescales, and integrate personal sales efforts with
\nother organized marketing activities, eg., product launches,
\npromotions, advertising, exhibitions and marketing. <\/p>\n
8. Respond to and follow up on inquiries using appropriate methods. <\/p>\n
9. Follow outreach requirements as stipulated by contractual
\nrequirements with the state of Texas. <\/p>\n
10. Attend and present at external customer meetings and internal
\nmeetings with other company functions necessary to perform duties and
\naid business development. <\/p>\n
11. Attend training and to develop relevant knowledge, techniques and
\nskills. <\/p>\n
12. Promote Sprint Relay\u2019s product portfolio <\/p>\n
13. Perform other duties as assigned and required. <\/p>\n
MINIMUM ABILITY, SKILL AND KNOWLEDGE REQUIREMENTS: <\/p>\n
\u2022 Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business
\nprotocols, technical procedures, and governmental regulations. <\/p>\n
\u2022 Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure
\nmanuals. <\/p>\n
\u2022 Ability to effectively present information and respond to
\nquestions from groups of Managers, consumers, and the general public. <\/p>\n
\u2022 Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of
\nconcrete variables in Situations where only limited standardization
\nexists. <\/p>\n
\u2022 Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in
\nwritten, oral, diagram, or schedule form. <\/p>\n
\u2022 Must have strong organizational skills and pay close attention to
\ndetail <\/p>\n
\u2022 Fluency in American Sign Language required <\/p>\n
EDUCATION\/PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE: <\/p>\n
Bachelor’s degree (B. A.) from four-year College or University; or
\none to two years related experience and\/or training; or equivalent
\ncombination of education and experience. <\/p>\n
