SouthWest Softball Association of the Deaf (SWSAD) a 501c3 Nonprofit organization that organizes softball tournaments annually for the Deaf and Hard of Hearing Communities. This event brings these players, their families, and the Deaf and Hard of Hearing Communities together to watch the games and enjoy the ability to socialize, communicate in our beautiful language, ASL (American Sign Language), and enjoy live games without barriers.<\/p>\n

As SWSAD is looking forward to hosting our Annual Softball Tournament in June 6-9 2024 in Arlington, Texas, we are reaching out to you for donations and\/or sponsorships to have another successful year. This event has increased in participation of players\/teams as well as attendance over the past few years with as many as 500, but our 2023 event we had over 700 in attendance.<\/p>\n

We would like to thank you for any donation you may give and let you know how the donations will help us to achieve another great tournament. The donations allow us to provide the softball equipment, fees for umpires\/scorekeepers, the use of the fields\/park, food and beverages, meeting room rental, and anything that may arise pertaining to the tournament.<\/p>\n

There are different levels of donations and\/or sponsorships to SWSAD and with these, you will be recognized. We look forward to hearing from you soon and should you need additional information or have any questions, please do not hesitate to email us at board@swsad.org or liaison@swsad.org.

$100 – $499 Silver<\/strong>
\nYour company\/organization logo will be recognized on our Facebook page for your sponsorship. And your name will be also mentioned during the Women\u2019s 50th Softball Anniversary Celebration.<\/p>\n

$500- $999 Gold<\/strong>
\nIncluding the above package, your company\/organization gets two (2) free admission, booth, and one (1) towel.<\/p>\n

$1000 or more Platinum VIP<\/strong>
\nIncluding both above packages, advertising for your company\/organization on the fields and two (2) free shirts and logo on championship shirts.<\/p>\n
