Born on June 22, 1989, in Dallas, Texas, Cheryl’s infectious smile and boundless energy were a gift to all who knew her. She passed away in the comforting and loving presence of her family in Buda, Texas. She leaves behind a legacy of joy, resilience, and unwavering positivity.

Cheryl, a Dallas Cowboys fan through and through, found joy not just in the game but in the shared experience with fellow fans. Her passion for life was as expansive as the Texas sky. She had an innate ability to turn the mundane into the extraordinary, whether it was a family meal at On The Border or a road trip to a new destination. Cheryl’s love for travel was more meaningful to her than just the places she saw, but also evident in the people she met and the experiences she shared with her beloved partner, Justin Ashton, and their cherished daughter, Jazula.

As a graduate of Gallaudet University, where she studied Social Work, Cheryl was a guiding light in her community. Her career as an Elementary Behavior Intervention Specialist was more than a job; it was her calling. She empowered young minds to overcome challenges with the same determination she showed every day of her life. Her commitment to her work was matched only by her dedication to her family, including her mother Julie, brother Kyle, partner Justin, and the light of her life: her daughter Jazula.

Cheryl’s approach to life was simple: be funny, be passionate, be loving. She brought humor to the darkest of days, passion to the most mundane tasks, and love to every heart she touched. Her laughter was a melody that played in the hearts of her friends and family, a tune that will echo in their memories forever.

To know Cheryl was to know immense love. She poured her heart into being the best mother to Jazula, shaping her world with the same care and attention she devoted to her students. Her partnership with Justin was a testament to her belief in love’s transformative power, a bond that was as deep as it was joyful.

In the tapestry of life, Cheryl was a most vibrant thread, weaving kindness and warmth into the lives of everyone she met. She believed in the power of connection, the strength of community, and the importance of laughter. Cheryl’s legacy is not one of sorrow, but of inspiration. She taught us that life’s beauty is not in its length but in the depth of our connections and the joy we bring to others.

Today, as we celebrate Cheryl’s life, let us carry her spirit forward. Let us be a little funnier, a little more passionate, and a lot more loving. In the face of adversity, let us remember Cheryl’s unwavering optimism and the way she embraced each day as a gift. Her story is a reminder that our time here is precious, and the love we share is the truest measure of a life well-lived.

Cheryl Ann Warren, you were a shining star in the vast Texas sky, a loving mother, a devoted partner, a cherished daughter and sister, and a treasured friend. Your laughter will forever resonate, your passion will continue to inspire, and your love will remain in our hearts always. Your journey may have ended, but your spirit marches on, guiding us, uplifting us, and reminding us to live each day with purpose and joy. Rest in peace, dear Cheryl, until we meet again on that grand sideline in the sky.

To send flowers to the family or plant a tree in memory of Cheryl, please visit our floral store.

Webcast: A webcast for the services of Cheryl Ann Warren was created.

Public Visitation
Monday, February 19, 2024
1:00 PM – 2:00 PM
Harrell Funeral Home of Kyle
1715 Kirby, Kyle, TX 78640

Memorial Service
Monday, February 19, 2024
2:00 PM – 3:00 PM
Harrell Funeral Home of Kyle
1715 Kirby, Kyle, TX 78640

SOURCE:

https://www.harrellfuneralhomes.com/obituaries/Cheryl-Ann-Warren?obId=30604920

Obituary: Cheryl Ann Warren Cheryl Ann Warren June 22, 1989 – January 31, 2024 Cheryl Ann Warren, a beacon of laughter and love, departed our world too soon on January 31, 2024, after a courageous battle with cancer.
