I am very excited about DAD’s Annual Awards Night on Saturday,
\nNovember 1, 2008! <\/p>\n
There are several reasons for the excitement! Of course, to show off
\nthe “new” DAD. Do come and see our newly remodeled DAD if you have not
\nseen it yet. If you have, do come and show appreciation to the several
\nindividuals who gave up many many hours of hard work to make the DAD
\nmore beautiful and ‘deaf friendly’. <\/p>\n
Our keynote speaker is Dr. Angel Ramos. He had helped a lot of people
\nhere in the city of Dallas when he was living here. It was a very
\npositive experience. Several organizations were established because of
\nDr. Ramos’ generous help. Come see him give his speech! <\/p>\n
and also Brain Brizendine will be our Master of Ceremonies. He hails
\nfrom Maryland. One of the funniest guys that will make you laugh! <\/p>\n
There will be several awards given to certain people for their
\ngenerous work, time & etc. <\/p>\n
Appetizers will be served from 6:30 – 7:00 p.m. <\/p>\n
Do come and show your support to the Deaf club by attending this
\nspecial evening. We have helped many organizations and committees by
\nallowing them to use our clubhouse for many functions. We would love
\nto see you at our special event Nov. 1st. <\/p>\n
Tickets are on sale now until October 25 @$15 per person. At the
\ndoor, $20.00 <\/p>\n
