Managing Director, Deaf Initiatives<\/strong>
\nThe Managing Director is a new position within Activating Change and serves on the organization\u2019s leadership team. The Managing Director will lead, oversee, and expand our programming in our Expanding Deaf Services area, which works to strengthen and sustain \u201cfor Deaf, by Deaf\u201d victim services across the country and remove barriers in hearing victim services programs that Deaf survivors face. In this role, the Managing Director is responsible for strategic visioning, operational management, and programmatic leadership, ensuring that our Deaf-centered initiatives are impactful, sustainable, and aligned with our mission.<\/p>\n

Administrative Assistant<\/strong>
\nThe Administrative Assistant is an integral member of Pathways to Healing program area and provides administrative support to the Senior Managing Director who is responsible for leading our survivor-centered initiatives. The support provided ensures that our programming areas have the highest impact in improving services and supports for survivors with disabilities and Deaf survivors. This position is ideal for a highly organized, detail-oriented individual with a strong interest in an administrative career and a commitment to disability and racial justice. If you\u2019re passionate about utilizing your expertise and skills to enhance our organizations programming, we want you on our team.<\/p>\n
