1) Have you ever been confused about what ADA really says? <\/p>\n
2) Does a private doctor\u2019s office have to employ at least 15
\nemployees before having to comply with ADA? <\/p>\n
3) Does a Social Security office have to follow ADA? <\/p>\n
4) Under the ADA, are employers required to pay for interpreters for
\ntheir Deaf\/hard of hearing employees? <\/p>\n
5) Does ADA apply to a public college\/university only, not a private
\none? <\/p>\n

\na program funded by Texas DARS (Department of Assistive and
\nRehabilitative Services) – Office for Deaf and Hard of Hearing
\nServices. He works with various agencies and service providers
\nregarding their access obligations under the Americans with
\nDisabilities Act and the Rehabilitation Act. His training will empower
\ndeaf or hard of hearing individuals with knowledge of their civil
\nrights and how to self-advocate. <\/p>\n
