Texoma Council for the Deaf (TCD) is ALIVE and kicking!!! We’re STILL
\nhaving an Awards Banquet on November 22, 2008. Scott Randolph is no
\nlonger president and Deborah Young, Vice President and current
\nofficers steps up and said “WE ARE UNITED….NOT DIVIDED!” So please,
\nfolks…ignore the flying rumors that TCD is suspended. “Unforseen
\ncircumstances” did happen but we’re moving on. Our non-profit
\norganization have been strong since 1976 and we’ve NEVER suspended
