Lila Lolling founder of DeafYoga Foundation, will be coming back to
\nAustin for one day to share Yogic teachings. She will guide you to go
\nwithin and remember your soul’s highest potential. Yoga is to tear
\ndown walls, to unite, to harmonize and to get in-tune with the power
\nthat lies within you.<\/p>\n
During this “inner investigative” workshop, you will learn about your
\nsoul’s light, the power of your mind, attachments, forgiveness and ask
\ntough personal questions while sharing as community. There will be
\nSelf-expression, lecture, creative projects and community sharing.<\/p>\n
We will start with a 90-minute yoga class then enjoy a day of Self
\nexploration. Please wear comfortable clothes, bring pen\/pencil,
\njournal, and a veggie dish to pass for our community potluck lunch.
\nGuided in ASL. Pre-registration suggested. Limit 20 people, spaces
\nwill fill quickly.<\/p>\n
