Ila Mae Windham passed away on Friday, November 28, 2008 at 69 years
\nof age.<\/p>\n
Ila Mae was born on December 12, 1939 in Center, Texas, to Caswell
\nand Willie Mae Windham. She attended Texas School for the Deaf from
\nOctober, 1953 through May, 1959.<\/p>\n
Until a few months ago, Ila Mae lived at the Deaf\/Blind apartment
\ncomplex in Austin, when she moved to Fort Worth.<\/p>\n
Ila Mae was an active member of Jesus Lutheran Church of the Deaf,
\nwhere she would regularly attend worship, host fellowship and dinners.<\/p>\n
Ila Mae will be missed by all who knew her.<\/p>\n
Visitation will be on Sunday, December 7th from 5:00 to 7:00 PM at
\nthe funeral home.<\/p>\n
The funeral will be on Monday, December 8th at 11:00 AM at Watson and
\nSons Funeral Home, 1554 Highway 7 East, Center, Texas.<\/p>\n
Pastor Mark Seeger from Jesus Lutheran Church of the Deaf, Austin,
\nTexas, will be officiating in sign and voice.<\/p>\n
A Memorial Service will be held in Austin at a later date to be
\nannounced.<\/p>\n
