Good News to tell you about SWCID and the PROVOST. Let you know that
\nI (Lisa) did meet with the Provost Mark Meyers. He is very nice,
\nsweet, and helpful. I am glad that he help us about the SWCID REUNION
\n2010. Also we will have a meeting about the plan in SWCID REUNION 2010
\non July with three people. Virginia, Candace, and John were very
\nsweet, helpful, and friendly. Of course we have a lot of issues to
\ndiscuss but our time ran out ( the time killed us). So we will have
\nanother meeting on February 27, 2009. We will have more time to
\ndiscuss about the plans and look around SWCID and Big Spring, what can
\nwe do.<\/p>\n

If you are interesting in volunteering about our SWCID REUNION 2010,
\nplease come and join us. Our meeting will be in the provost meeting
\nroom at SWCID \u2013 Big Spring, 2010. We need your help and join our
\ncommittees.<\/p>\n

We don’t have a “theme” right now and we need your help with a new
\n“theme” for our SWCID REUNION 2010. Give us new name or thow us any
\nideas. So we will find the right “theme” before SWCID REUNION 2010.

Guess what, Mark Meyers the Provost in SWCID told me that they will
\nhave a new building on east side of SWCID area. It will be “VOC” as
\nAUTO body or paint.. The student can walk toward the building instead
\nof riding the van to Howard College.<\/p>\n

********IMPORTANT NEWS ************<\/p>\n

One of the staff in SWCID sent out letters to everyone, who had been
\nto SWCID since 1980 to present some of you have already received the
\nletter. However, some of them have been returned to SWCID because
\ntheir addresses had not been changed or corrected. Please send your
\ncorrect or new home address or P.O. Box number or email address to
\nSonia Gonzales. She will keep the records in the files in SWCID

Remember I told you several time in the newsletter about the deaf
\nnetwork that the door is open for everyone. Everyone are ex-student,
\npresent student, ex-staff \/ faculty, present staff \/ faculty ,
\nex-interpreter, present interpreter, high school student, visitor, and
\nbig fans. Everyone is welcome to come and visit SWCID Building.<\/p>\n

We want to inform you that you can bring your RV. You will need to
\npark at an RV park area which have restroom and shower. If you need to
\nknow more about it. Let me know. I will send you the name of the RV
\npark area and what their cost and fees are.<\/p>\n

I am still working on the website. I hope it will be done by January
\n31, 2009. I hope everyone will like it. I have a lot things to work on

We still work on polo shirt and t-shirt. We have to wait for logo
\ncome out on December 31, 2008. We want to find good polo shirt with
\nsewing (embrodiery).. We will discuss almost every weekend.<\/p>\n
