{"id":50,"date":"2006-07-21T20:26:21","date_gmt":"2006-07-22T01:26:21","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/deafnetwork.com\/wordpress\/2006\/07\/21\/obituary-patti-broussard\/"},"modified":"2006-07-21T20:26:21","modified_gmt":"2006-07-22T01:26:21","slug":"obituary-patti-broussard","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/deafnetwork.com\/wordpress\/blog\/2006\/07\/21\/obituary-patti-broussard\/","title":{"rendered":"Obituary:  Patti Broussard"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Patti Broussard<br \/>\n7\/9\/1950 &#8211;  7\/20\/2006 <\/p>\n<p>Patti Ross Broussard, 56, of Kountze, died Thursday, July 20, 2006 at Village Creek Rehabilitation and Nursing Home in Lumberton.<\/p>\n<p>A native of Dallas and resided in Kountze since 1983, Patti was an assembler for Southern Avionics Company until her long illness in 2003.  She was a member of First Baptist Church of Beaumont, Deaf Chapel for many years.<\/p>\n<p>Her grandfather, Cecil M. Brooks; her son, Willie W. Broussard III; her stepson, William M. Broussard; and her very best friend, Margaret Jackson Jones preceded her in death.<\/p>\n<p>Mrs. Broussard is survived by her husband of twenty-six years, Willie W. Broussard, Jr. of Kountze; her parents, Mr. and Mrs. Allen Ross, Jr. of Dallas; her son, William Terry Turner III of Austin; and daughters, Mirna Dea Broussard of San Antonio, Virna Lea Broussard and Laura Sue Broussard both of Dallas.<\/p>\n<p>Funeral service will be 3:00 p.m. Sunday, July 23, 2006 at Broussard\u2019s, 1605 North Major Drive, Beaumont with burial to follow at Old Hardin Cemetery in Kountze.
