In return for their time, participants will receive a $60<br \/>\nhonorarium. The focus groups will help AT&amp;T explore preferences,<br \/>\nperceptions and what motivates customers with disabilities. The goal<br \/>\nis to provide services and products that meet the needs of current and<br \/>\npotential customers; and to uncover opportunities to enhance service.<br \/>\nThe focus groups provide an important opportunity for consumers to<br \/>\nshare their viewpoints and opinions.
