Each member is required to agree with this rule: Do not repeat<br \/>\nanything that is shared in this group. This group is anonymous and<br \/>\nwill not share any names or personal information outside the group.<\/p>\n<p>Your Name \u2013 It is your choice if you want to say your name \u2013 this<br \/>\nis not required.<\/p>\n<p>Trust \u2013 It is important to develop trust. Always be respectful to the one who is expressing.<\/p>\n<p>Speakers \u2013 Professionals will be scheduled to attend the group and<br \/>\ninform about depression, teach how to be more positive and different<br \/>\ntopics such as controlling anger, how to become calm, and other<br \/>\nissues.<\/p>\n<p>Expressing \u2013 Each person may decide what they want to express. Each<br \/>\nperson may decide how much they want to express. Each person may<br \/>\ndecide to be silent. You may express when YOU feel ready to share<br \/>\nfeelings or opinions.<\/p>\n<p>Take Turns \u2013 Each person must take turns expressing and everyone<br \/>\nwill have an opportunity to share their comments. You may choose to be<br \/>\nsilent and express when you are ready.<\/p>\n<p>Solving Issues \u2013 This group cannot solve problems for anyone. Only<br \/>\nYOU know what is necessary to improve your own life. This group CAN<br \/>\noffer support, care, and love.
