TJC’s Interpreter Training Program is updating its website and

The new department chair is Rhonda McKinzie, MS,LPC, a BEI Level
\nIII\/Court certified interpreter with over 30 years of experience in
\nthe field. She holds a BS Degree in Deaf Education from TWU and MS
\nDegree in Counseling from TX A & M, Corpus Christi. Contact her for
