Capital MetroRail Station Events in February<\/p>\n
Community Invited to Five Educational Open Houses<\/p>\n
Austin, Texas, January 26, 2009 \u2013 Capital Metro invites the
\ncommunity to five open house<\/p>\n
events at stations along the MetroRail line during February. These
\neducational events aim to<\/p>\n
familiarize customers with all aspects of how to ride MetroRail:
\ntouring the train and station,<\/p>\n
understanding the schedules and using the new ticket vending
\nmachines. Capital Metro<\/p>\n
representatives will be at every event to orient customers and answer
\ntheir questions about<\/p>\n
the Red Line, beginning service March 30, 2009.<\/p>\n
The open houses are free, come-and-go events, open to the public.
\nExcept for the Leander<\/p>\n
Station open house, parking will be limited. Riding the bus or
\ncarpooling is encouraged.<\/p>\n
Sign Language interpreters for the Deaf will be available, and other
\nreasonable<\/p>\n
accommodations can be requested at least three days in advance by
\ncontacting Nancy<\/p>\n
