EYF is a six-day<br \/>\nsummer career exploration program for deaf and hard-of-hearing<br \/>\nstudents that gives them the opportunity to sample different careers<br \/>\nas well as college life.<\/p>\n<p>Entries will include creative writing such as a short story or poem,<br \/>\na short writing sample and a personal reflection.<\/p>\n<p>Last year\u2019s winners were Laruen Aggen, of Algonquin, Ill., and<br \/>\nJaimie Sloan, of Merkel, Texas.<\/p>\n<p>Complete contest guidelines and entry information are available at<br \/>\nhttp:\/\/www.rit.edu\/NTID\/WritingContestNR<br \/>\n .<\/p>\n<p>The deadline to enter is March 15, 2009.
