\npresents this timeless, romantic musical at Artisan’s 150 seat
\ntheater-in-the-round. The theater is located in the historic Belaire
\nPlaza at 420 E. Pipeline Road. The daytime box office is located at
\n418 E. Pipeline Road. MY FAIR LADY runs Friday March 6 through
\nSaturday April 11, 2009. Performances are at 7:30pm on Monday,
\nTuesday, Thursday, Friday, and Saturday nights with 3pm matinees on
\nSaturdays 3\/14, 3\/21, 3\/28, 4\/4, 4\/11.<\/p>\n
Reserved seating tickets are $16.00 for adults, $14.00 for students
\nand seniors, and $9.00 for children 12 and under. Monday, Tuesday, and
\nThursday tickets are $12.00 for 13 and over, and $7.00 for 12 and

MY FAIR LADY will be interpreted for the deaf and hard of hearing by
\nTarrant County College Practicum students on March 10, 2009. <\/p>\n
SYNOPSIS:<\/p>\n
This timeless story takes us back to a simpler time, when movies and
\nmusicals were magical and make believe. And at the heart of this
\ntimeless story is the cockney flower girl who is magically transformed
\ninto a \u201cgenteel lady\u201d and the man who falls in love with her. A
\nmagnificent Lerner & Loewe collaboration yielded a
\nnever-to-be-forgotten musical gem that includes such songs as: \u201cI
\nCould Have Danced All Night\u201d, \u201cThe Rain in Spain\u201d, \u201cWouldn’t
\nIt Be Loverly\u201d, and \u201cThe Street Where You Live\u201d.<\/p>\n
ABOUT THE DIRECTORS:<\/p>\n
Broadway veterans John Wilkerson and Margaret Shafer have over 40
\nyears of theatrical experience between them. After practicing their
\ncraft in New York City for many years, they are now based out of
\nDallas. They have been fortunate to work with some of the finest
\nperformers, directors, choreographers, musical directors, and
\ntechnicians from the Broadway and British stages. They have worked at
\nevery level of performance from major concert halls to cruise ships,
\nBroadway shows and national tours, Las Vegas, and overseas. Trivia \u2013
\nthey met in a production of MY FAIR LADY where Henry Higgins was
\nplayed by John and Eliza Doolittle by Margaret.<\/p>\n
