Deaf Action Center is delighted to announce we will be hosting our
\n11th Girls\u2019 Summit on<\/p>\n
Wednesday, May 13, 2009. All North Texas 7th \u2013 12th grade deaf and
\nhard of hearing girls are invited to attend. <\/p>\n
In keeping with school, graduation and choosing a career, this
\nyear\u2019s theme is *Make Your Own Magic!*<\/p>\n
In an extraordinary presentation by remarkable deaf performer, Trix
\nBruce, the girls will be encouraged to<\/p>\n
consider their talents, the activities they enjoy and the skills they
\ndo best before choosing a career.<\/p>\n
Trix will captivate them with her *\u201cCan Do It\u201d Attitude*, and
\nconvince every girl in attendance that she too can <\/p>\n
make her own magic! <\/p>\n
