\napartment, and is fully furnished. The rent is 350.00 dollars and the
\nutilities are not included. There is another person living there, and
\nis deaf. It is a must that you are aware of Deaf culture, and know how
\nto communicate with deaf people in different ways or already know sign
\nlanguage. There are two cats living there as well, and you must be pet
\nfriendly. No smoker is allowed. Keep the place clean is a must. <\/p>\n
If you are looking for a place where you could invite many friends or
\nhave a party on weekends, then this place is not for you as it needs
\nto be kept quiet and clean. If you are a student and needs a place to
\nstudy quietly from now till the lease ends, then this place is
