MORE: TSD honors two well-known pioneers in deaf track and field and
\nhosts this second annual USA Deaf Track & Field meet here in Austin.
\nRuth Taubert Seeger \u2013 a member of the Texas Women\u2019s Hall of Fame
\nbecause of her athletic accomplishments, and Thomas O. Berg – thought
\nby many to be \u201cthe greatest coach in deaf track and field
\nhistory\u201d, have been invited to kick-off the event. Members of the
\n2009 USA Deaflympics Team will be scouting qualified athletes for the
\nsummer games in Taipei this September.<\/p>\n
