Hugh Jackman reprises the role that made him a superstar as the

\nretractable claws and a primal fury. Leading up to the events of the
\nfirst X-MEN movie, WOLVERINE tells the story of Wolverine’s epically
\nviolent and romantic past, his complex relationship with Victor Creed
\n(played by an especially intense Liev Schreiber), and the ominous
\nWeapon X program. Along the way, Wolverine encounters many mutants,
\nboth familiar and new (finally, Gambit!), including surprise
\nappearances by several legends of the X-Men universe whose appearances
\nin the film series have long been anticipated.<\/p>\n
