JOB FAIR TO BE HELD ON-SITE \u2013 SATURDAY, MAY 30, 2009 at 9AM \u2013 2PM<\/p>\n

Assistant Store Manager (One Needed): Salary: Depending upon
\nexperience. Staff Hourly. Work Hours: 40-hour work week (Sunday
\nthrough Saturday). General Duties: Assists Store Manager in all daily
\noperations by directing, planning and organizing operations. Job
\nRequirements: Two (2) years verifiable retail experience with one (1)
\nyear supervisory responsibilities.<\/p>\n

Production Supervisor (One Needed): Salary: Depending upon
\nexperience. Staff Hourly. Work Hours: 40-hour work week (Sunday
\nthrough Saturday). General Duties: Under the guidance of the Store
\nManager, supervises and manages the activities relating to accepting,
\nsorting, categorizing, pricing, and distributing of donated goods. Job
\nRequirements: Must be mobile and able to perform production related
\nfunctions\/tasks and endure some cold, heat, noise, and dust. Must have
\nstrong computer skills, possess people skills to handle
\ndisabled\/disadvantaged employees, and a proven motivator.<\/p>\n

Lead Cashier (One Needed): Salary: $7.44 per hour. Hourly. Work
\nHours: 40-hour work week (Sunday through Saturday). General Job
\nDuties: Responsible for opening\/closing store in absence of Store
\nManager\/Assist. Store Mgr. Authorized to approve voids on cash
\nregister, prepare the daily report as well as other management
\nfunctions. Registers merchandise through cash register in an accurate
\nmanner, operates credit and checks terminal. Job Requirements: Must
\nhave two (2) years verifiable retail experience.<\/p>\n

Lead Merchandiser\/Cashier (One Needed): Salary: $7.44 per hour.
\nHourly. Work Hours: 40-hour work week (Sunday through Saturday).
\nGeneral Job Duties: Responsible for overall appearance and
\nmerchandising of the sales floor, including set-up of mannequins,
\nfurniture vignettes, grid displays and neatness\/cleanliness. Job
\nRequirements: Must be able to lift 20 lbs., reach 6 feet, and must be
\nsufficiently mobile to work assigned schedule.<\/p>\n

Sales\/Cashiers (Five Needed): Salary: $7.25 per hour. Hourly. Work
\nHours: 40-hour work week (Sunday through Saturday). General Job
\nDuties: Handles sale of merchandise, operates cash register
\naccurately, operates credit and checks terminal, maintains merchandise
\non the sales floor, and assists customers in a friendly and efficient
\nmanner. Job Requirements: Must be able to operate electronic cash
\nregister, credit card draft capture terminal, and 10 key adding
\nmachines. Must be able to read and write as well as have good math
\nskills.<\/p>\n

Lead Material Handlers (One Needed): Salary: $7.44 per hour. Hourly.
\nWork Hours: 40-hour work week (Sunday through Saturday). General Job
\nDuties: Direct personnel to utilize equipment, sorting, grading,
\nhanging, categorizing, pricing, distribution, and storage of
\nmerchandise to meet production quotas. Maintain a system of record
\nkeeping and report generation. Oversee donation area and maintain
\nadequate supplies for daily work activities. Job Requirements: Past
\nexperience supervising\/leading personnel in an industrial setting.
\nMust be able to lift 50 lbs and have good math skills, ability to
\noperate calculator, computer skills, as well as good writing ability.
\nJob requires walking, bending, reaching, pulling, and pushing.<\/p>\n

Material Handlers (14 Full-Time & 2 Part-Time Needed): Salary: $7.25
\nper hour. Hourly. Work Hours: 40-hour work week (Sunday through
\nSaturday). General Job Duties: Sort, price, and prepare merchandise
\nfor sale. Move materials to and from staging areas into sorting
\nstation. Open trailer, meet public in accepting goods and sorting
\ndonations according to published guidelines. Must be able to write
\nreceipts and keep records of donations and production. Job
\nRequirements: Must be able to lift 50 lbs. Must have good math skills,
\npercentage, etc. and good writing ability. Job requires walking,
\nbending, reaching, pulling, and pushing.<\/p>\n

Janitor (One Needed): Salary: $7.25 per hour. Hourly. Work Hours:
\n40-hour work week (Sunday through Saturday). General Job Duties:
\nResponsible for the general maintenance in building and grounds which
\nincludes floors, restrooms, windows, parking lot, light replacement,
\nand filter replacement. Will assist in receiving and moving donated
\nmaterials, reports broken, damaged, and inoperative equipment. Job
\nRequirements: Must be able to lift 50 lbs. Job requires walking,
\nbending, reaching, pulling, and pushing. Must have visual acuity to
\ndetect dust and\/or grime.<\/p>\n

Kaizen Stocker (One Needed): Salary: $7.25 per hour. Hourly. Work
\nHours: 40-hour work week (Sunday through Saturday). General Job
\nDuties: Re-stock merchandise on sales floor, maintaining sizing of
\ntextiles, return empty racks, carts, and hangers to designated areas.
\nJob Requirements: Must be able to lift 20 lbs, standing for longer
\nperiod of time, bending, reaching, etc. Must demonstrate good
