Located a mile off I-35, about 20 minutes from Denton or Dallas, the
\ntwo-story condo is a short walk or canoe ride from Sneaky Pete’s (with
\nfull restaurant, bar, dance floor, marina, pool, beach, volleyball,
\netc….canoe included in the rental!) My place has a great deck for
\ngrilling (grill included). Rent is $1800\/month or best offer–and
\nincludes water and outside maintenance. One pet allowed with pet
\ndeposit. If current renter is able to stay, rent is $1400\/month and
