Austin Dog Alliance is pleased to announce summer camps for kids!
\nA sign language interpreter will be available at each camp listed
\nbelow. The camps are designed so that students (hearing, deaf, and
\nhard of hearing) can learn to communicate with one another, develop
\nmutual respect, and build confidence through their love of dogs.<\/p>\n

Tricks, Games and More
\nK9 Kids: Ages 9\u201416
\nBring your dog everyday or work with one of our rescue dogs.
\nSession includes lessons on Agility, Dog Tricks, Dog Manners,
\nVet Care, Grooming, Pet Photography, Rally, Search and Rescue
\nDogs and Service Dogs. Field trips include the vet and a dog
\nwash facility. Sign language interpreter available.<\/p>\n

All about Dogs!
\nK9 Kid Juniors – Ages 6\u20149
\nSpend a fun week learning all about dogs. We will learn basic vet
\ncare and take a trip to a local vet. We will play games and do dog
\nthemed crafts, meet K9 service dogs, search and rescue dogs and
\ndogs that do lots of tricks. Bring your own dog on Thursday or
\nwork with one of our rescue dogs. Sign language interpreter available.<\/p>\n

Pet Therapy, Tricks and More
\nK9 Teens \u2014 Ages 12\u201418
\nBring your dog everyday. This is an advanced session for handlers
\nthat have either already taken a week of camp or other dog training
\nclasses. The focus of the week will be preparing for the Delta
\nSociety Pet Partner evaluation to prepare for volunteering with
\nyour dog. Sign language interpreter available.<\/p>\n
