A FRIENDLY REMINDER FOR UPCOMING EVENT!<\/strong><\/p>\n

North Texas Deaf Senior Citizens (NTDSC) will host a 1st Annual Celebration Party which will be held on July 8, 2009 at Dallas Association of the Deaf (DAD). <\/p>\n

The location is 4215 Maple Ave., Dallas, Texas 75219.<\/p>\n

The party will start at 1 P.M. and ends at 5 P.M.<\/p>\n

The minimum capacity of occupancy at DAD is 175 seats for tables.<\/p>\n

Hors d?oeuvre will be served. There will be several door prizes and a short skit.<\/p>\n

It is guaranteed that everyone will have a big blast.<\/p>\n

Why should the NTDSC celebrate a party on July 18? It is because July 12 will be one year since the North Texas organization was established to what the deaf seniors need is for their community functions. Texas Department of Assistive\/Rehabilitative Services is contracting with NTDSC and also, IRS recognizes NTDSC as a non-profit organization.<\/p>\n

The tickets are to be continued on sale at $10.00 per person. The deadline for purchasing a ticket will be on July 13th, 2009. <\/p>\n

Mack Harris, a NTDSC president, is elected by the seniors of Deaf Seniors of America as a new vice-president during the week of convention in Las Vegas, Nevada last week. The members of NTDSC and the entire Deaf Texas are grateful to have someone from Southern State being elected for DSA officer.
