Deaf VBS “Son Rock Camp”<\/p>\n
Good news for Deaf kids and KODA, ages 5-12, in the Austin area! Bannockburn Baptist Church, located at 7100 Brodie Lane in South Austin, is hosting a Vacation Bible School in ASL July 13-17, 2009 from 9am to 12pm.<\/p>\n
When you step into the classroom, you will feel like you have stepped into an outdoor camping location.<\/p>\n
This entire week is free of charge, but a love offering will be accepted. Chuck Baird, a well-known deaf artist, will be leading this special week alongside both adult and teen helpers.<\/p>\n
To register, please email Chuck at chuckbaird1@mac.com, or call the church office at (512) 892-2703. When you call or email, please leave the name(s) and age(s) of your child(ren) and your contact information (phone or email). The deadline to register via email\/phone is July 9.<\/p>\n
