Each year, we fund a cadre of 10-15 well-qualified individuals to obtain teacher certification in the field of Deaf Education.  <\/p>\n<p>Teachers who are minority, disabled, and\/or deaf trainees (even if they are receiving some support from the vocational rehabilitation agency in their state) from across the U.
