I am proud of my work with NAD youth leadership programs and I am sure the new director will gain the same tremendous personal and professional growth as I did. I am leaving a great team of passionate people who work diligently to strengthen the NAD and ensure a brighter future for our youth. My commitment and loyalty to NAD will continue as always.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;We wish Jennifer the best in her new career endeavors, and even as she moves on, we know she&#8217;ll always be a supporter of NAD youth efforts. Under her leadership, our youth programs have undergone many wonderful changes and improvements. She has also been an inspiration and role model for deaf youth nationwide,&#8221; said Nancy J.
