We are in the beginning stages of starting a Christian School for the Deaf in New Braunfels, TX, focused on tailoring your child’s educational needs using American Sign Language and\/or Conceptually Signed English w\/voice. Please consider this different and much needed alternative to your child’s education. Lessons will focus on reading, writing, math and Christian character development and learning how to have a vibrant relationship with Jesus Christ. Founder, Patti Teel is a Certified Sign Language Interpreter for the Deaf since 2002 and has worked in public schools as an educational interpreter for 7 years. She recognizes the need for Christian education that is currently rarely available to parents of deaf children as an alternative to public school. She is looking for 2 more deaf children between the ages of 10-13 yrs. old.
