We\u2019re unique in that<br \/>\nwe don\u2019t just send interpreters to our clients; we first take the time<br \/>\nto understand your organization\u2019s special needs, protocols, service<br \/>\nlevels required for effective communication, budgetary and risk<br \/>\nmanagement issues.  Sign Shares consists of a great group of people<br \/>\nwho come together as a team to provide our unique solutions, and<br \/>\nimplement them in your environment.<\/p>\n<p>Sign Shares is proud to announce the newest member of our team,<br \/>\nInterpreter Coordinator Andrew Spaulding.<\/p>\n<p>Balancing the expectations of our clients and the needs of our<br \/>\nInterpreters, the coordinator is one of the keys to our successes here<br \/>\nat Sign Shares.  Andrew has big shoes to fill, but we trust he is more<br \/>\nthan capable.  Andrew comes to us with several years of business<br \/>\nmanagement experience with a focus on customer satisfaction, as well<br \/>\nas a personal connection to the Deaf community.  We trust that he will<br \/>\nbalance all of these experiences and contribute to your organization&#8217;s<br \/>\ncontinued successes, as well as that of Sign Shares.<\/p>\n<p>Andrew replaces Tami Silvara, who will be moving on.<\/p>\n<p>I\u2019m certain you will like Andrew. He is a real go-getter and his<br \/>\n\u201cpeople IQ\u201d is very high.  More than anything, we look forward to his<br \/>\ncontributions in the customer satisfaction arena.  But as Andrew grows<br \/>\nin this position, there will be a learning curve.
