Houston Center for Independent Living is hosting a Work Incentives Seminar
\nEvent (WISE) in Houston on October 14, 2009. It will be held at the
\nMetropolitan Multi-Service Center at 1475 W. Gray from 9-11 AM. The purpose
\nof this event is provide information to Social Security Disability Insurance
\n(SSDI) and Supplemental Security Income (SSI) beneficiaries about exploring
\ntheir work options.<\/p>\n

Many receiving Social Security benefits are interested in returning to or
\ngoing to work for the first time but are not sure about how to get started.
\nThe WISE Event provides answers. In addition, we will have Employment
\nNetworks available who will explain how their services make going to work
\neasier for them. The attached flyer (see below) is being used to advertise this
\nimportant event. We would be most grateful if you would include our flyer
\nin your e-mail listing as the Houston Center for Independent Living is
\ncommitted to providing assistance to our beneficiaries as they become
\nself-sufficient.<\/p>\n
