We will offer a children\u2019s class for ages five to 16, which will be every Thursday from 4:30 P.M. to 5:30 P.M. and a Women\u2019s self defense class which will be every Thursday from 5:45 P.M. to 7:00 P.M. The classes will start this Thursday, November, 16th, 2006.<\/p>\n<p>The focus of the Children\u2019s class will be on anti-abduction and bully defense. Children should wear appropriate clothes, i.e. sweat pants, shirts, sneakers, etc. Due to limited space, please, one parent only per child(ren). <\/p>\n<p>The focus of the Women\u2019s self-defense class will be on awareness, methods of escape, and incapacitating attacks (in life threatening situations). Women should also wear appropriate attire, to include a sports bra, etc. <\/p>\n<p>Both classes will focus on the best means of defense for Deaf or Hard of Hearing individuals. If any ASL interpreters wish to attend, as well, please contact Patrick Brown for information, their classes will also be FREE.
